Such a great read promoting the notion that as we mature we focus so much time on work and being caught up with our daily responsibilities that we don't spend enough or any time really seeking out the fun in life. The author argues that in doing so we will lead happier and more fulfilled lives. I really enjoyed this.
Who couldn't use a little more fun in their lives? Nanci Bergman brings a kind of children's show host's energy to this book, and it fits well with her adult advice regarding making room for more fun in one's life. "Prioritize Fun" comes from a good place, has an optimistic outlook, and incorporates a conversational tone. It's also a quick read.One of the fun things you can do as you read the book is try to guess, fail at times, and then eventually look up the many unique pop culture references (Along Came Polly?) Bergman uses. "The Man With a Poodle" game also sounds like a winner.Bergman definitely comes across like she not only knows what she's talking about, but also that her understanding comes from experience. She's "prioritizing fun" in her own life.If you don't feel like you're having enough fun, block off a couple of hours, pick up this book, and let Bergman advise you.
Loved the book. As warm weather hits southern California it is the perfect read to encourage all of us to have a little more fun in our lives. The author obviously has an innate ability to make everything she does more fun and her passion is infectious.
Fantastic, quick read! A reminder it’s ok to slow down, enjoy life and be silly. What’s even better is you can start prioritizing FUN right away. The author does a great job making the idea of prioritizing fun accessible to all. Highly recommend.
The concept is simple but overlooked by many of us. The author shows how, with a little effort, to make fun a high priority thereby having more of it! The book is well written and a fun read! I recommend it!

Such an enjoyable and enlightening read. Light hearted and funny as hell, but hits home on a lot of serious topics (presented in a far from serious way). Whether you take her advice or not, just reading the book is FUN and if the goal is to prioritize fun then you have already taken the first step. Great insight and some hilariously quotable comments - multiple chuckles per page. Definitely worth the read.
This book couldn't have come across my desk at a more perfect time. Stuck in the monotony of the daily grind, I was finding myself more unpleasant and short tempered. I mean, I USED to have fun and a lot more of it. I have definitely changed my outlook and will certainly prioritize fun. Great read! Thank you!
